There are three pillars to your progression in the gym;
Nutrition, Recovery, and Training.
Note that I put training on last, since it easily by far the most insignificant out of the three.
It is actually the fun part, what’s hard to follow is a good and healthy diet, and going to bed at 9pm everyday.
That said, it is still important to understand basic muscle science.
